I find the Tula ergonomic carrier uncomfortable, despite multiple adjustments. I prefer my Lenny Lamb woven wrap. My husband however, LOVES the Tula Ergonomic carrier. Glad we purchased it for those times when he needs/wants to carry our little girl. Baby is comfortable, its light weight and easy to travel with as we go on many trips and prefer not to haul around a stroller.
After doing a ton of research and seeking opinions of dozens upon dozens of moms, I decided to try the "standard" Tula. All the descriptions I had read lead me to believe this would be the most suitable, comfortable option for me and my baby. However, no such luck. To my dismay this carrier was probably the least appropriate for us thus far. This carrier was fully adjusted and still way too ginormous for us. Please note, my son is 8 months, 18lbs, I am 5' tall 115lbs. No good. We sent it back for another carrier that seems to be a much better fit so far. Also worth noting, this is no reflection on 5MR but merely a review of the Tula standard, canvas SSC.
