Meet Zora Twilight Tourbillon
- 75% cotton/ 25% linen
- release date: 22 November 2015
Zora Twilight Tourbillon is a delicate pattern made up of 3 rows of spiraling undulations of large and small circles which bring to mind distant galaxies but also the swirl of bubbles in the cream of a freshly stirred espresso or bubbles in a washing up bowl. This wrap looks equally lovely with either side facing out. The Zora weft has a special lineage. It is made up from two yarns that we’ve used before. The first is the Winter linen, a light and shimmery yarn that adds support to the wrap without extra weight. The second is a Spring cotton that was used on the first ever weave run. They work together beautifully and create a sophisticated pale green/grey that enhances the blue tones of the Twilight warp.
Firespiral Slings woven baby wraps are designed and woven in the UK. The designs are inspired by the universal patterns in nature that stray into both science and myth; the magical way in which we are connected to the world and its rhythms.
